People’s Artist of Russia Vyacheslav Dobrynin has been hospitalized in Moscow in serious condition. This was reported by Life with reference to SHOT.
As the publication’s source reported, the 78-year-old singer and composer was hospitalized with a suspected stroke, although doctors are not giving any prognosis.
Before this, the author of the hits “Blue Fog” and “Don’t Rub Salt in My Wound…” suffered two strokes. In a conversation with journalists, Dobrynin’s wife said that he had not performed for several years, had stopped all tours, and his family was engaged in his treatment and life support.
Dobrynin also wrote music for the songs “Everything I Have in Life”, “Who Told You”, “Farewell, Trains from All Stations…”. Songs to his music were performed by Alla Pugacheva , Mikhail Boyarsky , Mikhail Shufutinsky , Masha Rasputina , Lev Leshchenko . He collaborated with the poet Leonid Derbenev .
In the spring, Dobrynin admitted that he was feeling unwell, but did not consider himself disabled and did not need compassion or free medication from the state.
“I don’t walk very well. I used to run, but now I move slowly, but much better than a year ago. I feel inferior. That’s why I’m careful about filming on television,” the musician noted.
