Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine Serhiy Derkach said that since February 2022, more than 280 port infrastructure facilities in the country have been damaged or destroyed. This was reported by the RBC-Ukraine agency.

“More than 280 [port] infrastructure facilities were destroyed or damaged,” Derkach said.

On the night of September 13, the Ukrainian publication “Obshchestvennoe” reported on an explosion in  Odessa .

The day before, explosions occurred in  Kharkov . No details of the incident were given. An air raid alert was declared in the Kharkov, Cherkasy, Sumy and Poltava regions of Ukraine.

The Russian military began striking Ukrainian infrastructure in October 2022, shortly after the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. Since then, air raid sirens have been sounded regularly in various regions of Ukraine, often throughout the country. According to  the Russian Defense Ministry , attacks are carried out on facilities in the energy sector, defense industry, military administration and communications.

Earlier, Ukraine reported huge losses in generating capacity.
