Over three months, from July to September 2024, the average price per square meter in new buildings in the mass segment of the Lefortovo district fell by 19%, to 380 thousand rubles. This is reported by RBC .
“This district topped the rating of Old Moscow locations in terms of price reduction for primary economy and comfort class housing in the third quarter,” said an analyst from the bnMAP.pro platform.
The second position with a price drop of 12.9%, to 303.6 thousand rubles/sq. m, was taken by the Biryulevo Vostochnoye district. In third place was Moskvorechye-Saburovo, where the square meter fell in price by 12.1% – to 367.3 thousand rubles.
Khoroshevo-Mnevniki and Perovo rounded out the top five, demonstrating a decrease in the cost of mass-market housing by 11.7% (to 394.5 thousand rubles/sq. m) and 11% (to 346 thousand rubles/sq. m), respectively.
