The head of the department for work with problem assets of the National Bank of Ukraine, Pavlo Polyarush, got into a fight with a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the call sign Bessmertny in a parking lot, Strana.ua reports. The official was drunk at the time of the fight and threatened to shoot his opponent in the legs.
According to media reports, Polyarush refused to take an alcohol test. Instead, the Ukrainian official demanded compensation for his glasses, which were broken during the fight. Law enforcement officers drew up a report on Polyarush for drunk driving. In addition, the NBU head’s firearms were confiscated.
Earlier it was reported that a military registration and enlistment office employee in Odessa attacked a woman with his fists . The reason for the conflict between them is unknown. The fight was broken up by police officers, but the TCC employee barely reacted to them. The man was pulled away from the local resident with great difficulty.
