“We will be able to create innovative products and solutions that have no analogues on our market. By signing this agreement today, we are launching the active implementation of artificial intelligence in solutions for SberCity residents and those specialists who are creating this unique smart city in the west of Moscow ,” said Mikhail Susov , Vice President and Director of the Real Estate and Operations Department at Sberbank .
The agreement provides for several areas of cooperation. Thus, the partners will be engaged in generative design and infrastructure design using Sber’s AI services GigaChat and Kandinsky.

Residents of the smart city will also receive a tool with which they can create design projects for their apartments.
Artificial intelligence will also be used for round-the-clock monitoring of residential building systems – it will be able to perform diagnostics and predict possible system failures, which will allow detecting elements of the engineering infrastructure that need repair at an early stage.
Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences and General Director of the AIRI Institute Ivan Oseledets reported that such a partnership is key for the organization.
Among other things, the partners agreed said , to jointly train GigaChat in such areas as engineering, architecture, design and operation of buildings, construction, electrical engineering, industrial automation, electrical and fire safety. Thus, the service will be useful not only for SberCity residents, but also for professionals – architects and engineers.
“We are currently working on creating a “Smart Home 2.0″. It can be made like this only by initially integrating all intelligent systems not only into the apartment, but also into the building, and even into the entire city. We are working on introducing artificial intelligence into services and services for residents, generation and energy consumption systems, engineering, home management and housing and communal services in general,” said Andrey Likhachev, CEO of JSC SZ Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye.
