Singer and blogger Anna Kalashnikova said on the air of the TV show “Stars Converged” that Irina Ponarovskaya’s only son Anthony Rodd, who suddenly passed away, practiced contrast showers with a “special technology”. According to the singer, the man regularly exposed his body to sudden temperature changes.

Anthony was found in the shower… He was into more than just hardening. Not just some kind of contrast shower. He had a whole technology: boiling water, something else, and something else. It’s scary , – Kalashnikova noted .

The blogger noted that Rodd was buried not on the third day, as expected, but on the fifth. In this regard, the singer admitted that additional information about the cause of the man’s death will become known based on the results of the examination after the autopsy.

The man died on September 20 at the age of 40 in his own apartment. It was established that his death was not criminal in nature.

Anthony was born from Ponarovskaya’s marriage to singer Veiland Rodd. In 1986, the couple divorced, and at his father’s insistence, the heir stayed to live with him in Estonia. He subsequently received an education in Norway, mastering the specialty of “jewelry designer”. Rodd has lived in Moscow with his wife since 2022, and they have two children.

On September 24, Ponarovskaya buried her son. The farewell to the artist took place in the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God “The Sign” in  Pereyaslavskaya Sloboda .
