MTS Exolve (a subsidiary of MTS) has launched a new version of the virtual automatic telephone exchange (VATS), the company’s press service reports.
Thanks to integration with Telecom API solutions, the updated virtual PBX now includes both new and unique services for managing omnichannel communications, including SMS messaging, independent configuration of outgoing number selection, integration with universal and industry CRM, connection to a fixed IP, and speech synthesis in processing incoming autoinformers.
As Ramil Bikkuzhin, CEO of MTS Exolve, noted, such a large-scale update became possible thanks to the transition to a single technological platform.
“We are committed to delivering upgrades while ensuring our PBX is easy, fast to deploy and scalable so businesses can stay connected to their customers and improve service levels,” he said.
Bikkuzhin added that a virtual PBX allows you to connect an unlimited number of subscribers without additional costs for equipment.
Let us remind you that thanks to the virtual PBX, clients can distribute incoming calls, set up a voice menu, forward calls, order a call back and quality assessment, save conversation recordings and much more.
