This is the largest increase in average salary offers in Russia in this period.
Samara took second place in the rating, where junior specialists are offered an average of 101,688 rubles per month for a full working day. This is 75% higher than the year before. Moscow closes the top three, where applicants for this position in IT with up to 3 years of experience are offered an average of 97,773 rubles. The year-on-year growth of the indicator was 38%.
Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod occupy fourth and fifth places respectively, with salary offers for junior positions of 96,342 (+78% per year) and 86,855 (+14% per year) rubles per month. Also, the offered salaries increased by 72% in Kazan , by 59% in Perm and by 47% in Krasnoyarsk . This indicates that regional IT hubs continue to actively attract more and more young specialists.
