According to her, she wrote to her daughter and is still waiting for her response. Livanova added that she learned about the artist’s discharge from the news.
RIA Novosti reported earlier that Livanov was hospitalized in serious condition . According to the agency, the actor who played Sherlock Holmes in Soviet films was placed in the intensive care unit of the neurology department.
The artist’s wife Elena Livanova then stated that the artist would comment on his condition himself and called for respect for medical confidentiality . This is how she responded to media reports about the artist’s alleged cardiac arrest and transfer to a ventilator.
Earlier, Olga Kotova, a neurologist at the First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov, said that Livanov could successfully cope with complications after a stroke , due to which doctors had to put him into an artificial coma. According to her, there is always a chance of recovery.
