Dutch footballer Johan Neeskens has died at the age of 74, the press service of the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) reports. The cause of his death has not been specified.
Neeskens was a two-time World Cup silver medalist (1974, 1978) and a bronze medalist at the European Championship (1976). During his career, he played for the Dutch Ajax, the Spanish Barcelona and the American New York Cosmos.
