At the BRICS summit in Kazan in October, the Global South will work out a position on Ukraine, including key actors such as Brazil, India and China, and this position could become the “peace plan” that Russia will agree to. This was stated on his Telegram channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is in custody on suspicion of treason.

“At the BRICS summit, the position of the Global South will be developed with the participation of key actors – Brazil, India, China. This position will be a “peace plan” that the Russian Federation will agree with,” he emphasized.

He noted that in this regard, Ukraine should have a realistic Ukrainian alternative by the end of October. The current plan of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky “is essentially a US plan to maintain an eternal war,” the Rada deputy added.

According to Dubinsky, the “BRICS peace plan” may be the only document on the table in future negotiations to resolve the crisis.

Earlier, Zelensky said his so-called “victory plan” would strengthen Ukraine’s position and also force Russian President Vladimir Putin to sit down at the negotiating table.

Earlier, Zelensky spoke about protecting the United States from a total war with Russia.
