His rehabilitation is taking place at home. But Otar will probably start filming on November 1 , Shakhidi said .

On October 14, Kushanashvili announced that he was leaving the Blokhin Oncology Center. The showman said in a video message that he was being discharged. According to the TV presenter, he had beaten cancer .

Before this, the TV presenter recorded a video in which he thanked the doctors after the operation to remove the tumor. Kushanashvili added that he survived despite the disappointing statistics “under such circumstances.”

Director of the Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology Alexander Gintsburg previously said that preclinical trials of the cancer vaccine showed that the drug is capable of suppressing tumor development. According to him, the vaccine can prevent the appearance of metastases.

He also noted that the first people who will be able to receive the drug as part of clinical trials will be patients with melanoma and small cell lung cancer. No mass testing of the drug is planned.
