Perm, Voronezh, Ufa and Samara became the million-plus cities with the cheapest apartments in new buildings in August. Thus, you can buy a studio in Samara for an average of 3.5 million rubles, in  Perm – for 3.6 million rubles, and in  Ufa – for 3.7 million rubles, the press service of Yandex Real Estate told Gazeta.Ru .

One-room apartments in Perm are sold for an average of 4.6 million rubles, in Samara and Voronezh – for 4.9 million rubles. The median full price of a two-room apartment in Perm is 6 million rubles, in Samara – 7.1 million rubles, in Ufa – 7.2 million rubles. Three-room apartments in Perm can be purchased for 8.2 million rubles, in Voronezh and Samara – for 8.6 million rubles.

The leaders in the ranking of million-plus cities with the most expensive apartments in new buildings are Moscow , St. Petersburg and Kazan .

You can buy a studio in Moscow for an average of 9.2 million rubles, in Kazan – for 8.6 million rubles, and in St. Petersburg – for 6 million rubles. The median full cost of one-room apartments in Moscow is 15 million rubles, in St. Petersburg – 9.8 million, in Kazan – 9.3 million rubles.

Two-room apartments in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan will cost on average 20 million, 18.1 million and 12.1 million rubles, respectively, and three-room apartments will cost 28.1 million, 23.9 million and 16 million rubles.

The study was conducted in September.
