Three-room apartments in Perm can be purchased for 8.2 million rubles, in Voronezh and Samara – for 8.6 million rubles.
You can buy a studio in Moscow for an average of 9.2 million rubles, in Kazan – for 8.6 million rubles, and in St. Petersburg – for 6 million rubles. The median full cost of one-room apartments in Moscow is 15 million rubles, in St. Petersburg – 9.8 million, in Kazan – 9.3 million rubles.
Two-room apartments in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan will cost on average 20 million, 18.1 million and 12.1 million rubles, respectively, and three-room apartments will cost 28.1 million, 23.9 million and 16 million rubles.
