The company confirmed the existence of the problem. Microsoft specialists claim that this can happen in rare cases in the program version 2409 and build 18025.20104. For example, when the user closes a text file and agrees to the program’s offer to save it.
This can also happen with files with .DOCX or .RTF extensions.
The company emphasized that they will study the existing problem; in the meantime, specialists advised manually saving text documents or returning to the previous version of the program.
