The Moscow State Theatre “Mark Zakharov’s Lenkom” does not plan to look for a replacement for 86-year-old actor Alexander Zbruev, despite his health condition, theatre director Mark Varshaver told NEWS.ru. He called the artist’s appeal to doctors “pure prevention”. According to Varshaver, Zbruev was hospitalized for several days.
Earlier, the director of Lenkom reported that Zbruev was undergoing planned treatment. According to Varshaver, no pathologies were found in the artist.
Last Friday, October 4, information appeared that Zbruev was urgently hospitalized. As the media wrote on October 5, the artist was diagnosed with brain damage , which usually develops due to acute cerebrovascular accident.
