The state service GAS “Justice” and the official website of the Federal Arbitration Courts of the Russian Federation were attacked by pro-Ukrainian hackers. This was reported to Gazeta.Ru by the author of the Telegram channel “Cyberwar” and former consultant of the analytical center “PIR-Center” Oleg Shakirov.
According to Downdetector and Downradar services, users began complaining about problems accessing the site sudrf.ru (GAS “Justice”) on October 6, 2024, after 20:00 Moscow time . In turn, the site arbitr.ru (the official web resource of the Federal Arbitration Courts of the Russian Federation) began to fail immediately after midnight.
“A pro-Ukrainian hacker group, BO Team, has claimed responsibility for the attacks on these social media sites. Last month, it also announced the defacement (replacement of the contents of the main page, – Gazeta.Ru) of the site and the theft of data from the Osnovanie certification center. And in August, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced a joint hack of the Snezhinsk Internet provider with BO Team,” Shakirov told Gazeta.Ru.
At the time of publication of the news, the websites sudrf.ru and arbitr.ru remained unavailable. When trying to load them, the browser returned an error with the text “Unable to access the site.” Representatives of the GAS “Justice” and the website arbitr.ru did not publicly comment on the state of the web resources.
