The national project to support exports will be in effect from 2025 to 2030. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin at an extended meeting of the State Council Presidium on the issue of export development, RIA Novosti reports .
“During meetings <…> with entrepreneurs, proposals to extend the national project to support exports were repeatedly made,” the head of state noted.
The Russian leader emphasized that an agreement to do this has already been reached. According to Putin, the basis for the updated national project “International Cooperation and Export” should be “priorities of economic development” and objective global trends.
In mid-September, the Kremlin assessed the idea of limiting metal exports. If Moscow decides to limit supplies of Russian uranium, titanium and nickel to world markets, it will do so very carefully. This statement was made by Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov .
