Three employees of the territorial recruitment and social support center (TRC, an analogue of the military registration and enlistment office) beat up a man in Kharkov, writes the Ukrainian publication Strana.ua. Then they loaded him into a car and drove away in an unknown direction. The man was unable to resist the military commissars.
Earlier, the publication “Strana.ua” reported that employees of the TCC in Odessa beat a man unconscious . The reason for the conflict is unknown.
On September 21, a group of women blocked the exit from the TCC in Odessa. It is not specified how many people gathered there. The TCC workers illegally detained the men and intended to take them out of the territory without passing the mandatory military medical commission. No other details of the incident were given.
Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko stated that employees of the Ukrainian TCCs, in pursuit of fulfilling the mobilization plan, often recruit drug addicts and people with various illnesses into the army. According to him, such people are subsequently not even accepted into units and subdivisions due to their actual unsuitability for service.
